The teachers are really friendly and I feel really comfortable here. I had 3 or 4 different teachers and they are really suitable for the course they teach. On General English they corrected my pronunciation and grammar mistakes. On IELTS they taught me how to face the IELTS exam and really helped me to get the IELTS score I needed.

I recently took the one-on-one class training course with Bright Minds to get up to speed with job market standards and usability. The trainer was very knowledgeable not only in the area I was being trained in but in many aspects of management and development. It was great to have one-on-one training. We did not have to follow any strict lesson plan and could venture off into other areas that I was interested in.

In September of 2007 I was severely injured and my life and career direction changed radically. In 2009 after a series of operations and therapy I was deemed physically unable to go back to my previous occupation. I was offered an opportunity to be involved in a retraining program sponsored by a famous company So I began looking for suitable institutions which would accommodate this new direction. After considering all my remaining skill sets and the retraining options available to me I chose to enroll in the Bright Minds Program of CIT. This was for me the best available option and has proven to be an amazing experience. Instruction from competent instructors who work in the field as well as a curriculum that challenges and enables. I’m writing this testimonial to tell you my feelings and thoughts about the centre, the teachers and the content of the courses.
First of all I have to say I have come from a far place. I have made some difficult life choices to be here. I temporarily left my family, friends. Was it worth it coming here to study at Bright Minds?
Well, it has been a great experience to be part of your centre for the past few months. Everyone has been very nice to me. The facilities are in good shape. The limited amount of students in the classroom is ideal for learning.
I liked the fact that the centre has been able to promote a cheerful and respectful spirit between the staff and students and among the students themselves. My classmates were very nice people.

It was Very good. I learned a lot. I enjoyed the privacy of the setting and being able to focus on what we were doing without the distraction of noise from other rooms. Mr. M. Zakria is a great instructor and kept me on task when I wandered off and he knew the answers to all my questions. I liked that the hours are so flexible and I was able to choose what suited my schedule.
The school in general is very relaxed, quiet, cool and friendly with good ambience for learning. I enjoyed the sense of mastering what seemed like complicated tasks before. Learning the formatting and putting it to work in my business right away was very rewarding. No comment on improvement, I didn't feel the training fell short in any area.
Thanks to Zakria and the centre. I am glad I took the leap.
